So how do we stop looking like a fake? By being real. If your like most guys you know very little about body language and when you’re pretending to be somebody you are not it will show in your movements. Subtle movements we don’t think about will counteract with what we are saying, and women can see this. You will be instantly labeled as just another typical creep. So don’t make up stupid stories that didn’t happen and don’t pretend like your god’s gift to women unless you can back it up. A little exaggeration is fine, but don’t overdo it.

Take this scenario for example: Imagine you’re talking to one of your buddies who went out with a super hot girl the night before. Just a regular night out, nothing special, not a date or anything. We’ve all seen this situation. The next day you ask him the obvious question “did you bang her?” Naturally he says yes, but you can tell he’s lying. Because we’ve been in this situation so many times we can easily tell when they are telling the truth or not. Women are the same way. They’ve been approached so many times that they can just tell if a guy is being real or fake. And if you’re being fake you can bet that her guards will be up and you’ll have a tough time recovering.

Keep this in mind whenever you are talking to women. Not only will you not look like a complete douche bag, but the fact that you don’t have to think about looking like a fake will let you be able to focus on other more important things, such as kino escalating, building attraction, or coming up with witty comebacks.

1. Lawnmower Racing - Lawnmower racing was invented in a pub in the UK by a group of men discussing the costs of getting involved in motorsports. Obviously, because I can’t imagine any other way a sport like this could have been invented. Most races are held on an off-road type track. Ride-on lawnmowers are used in this competition, with the blades removed for safety reasons.

 

2. Kabaddi – The national sport of Bangladesh. Two teams of 7 players occupy opposing halfs on the field and take turns sending a “raider.” The raider’s job is to tag or wrestle members of the opposing team while holding his or her breath during the entire raid. The defending team forms a chain by holding hands. It is the raider’s job to break this chain and return to their side of the field while holding their breath and avoiding being tackled.

3. Chessboxing – Chess boxing is a combination sport that alternates between 4-minute rounds of speed chess and 3-minute rounds of boxing. There is a 1-minute rest period between rounds for the competitors to change gear. There is a limit of 12 minutes for each game of chess. A competitor may win by either a knockout, checkmate, decision, or if their opponent doesn’t make a move after 12 minutes in the chessround. I can’t help but laugh when two guys, who were just punching each other in the face, sit down immediately to play a friendly game of chess.

4. Shin Kicking – Yes… shin kicking is a sport. And it’s been around for longer than one might think. In fact, it dates back all the way to the 1600′s. The rules are simple: kick your opponent in the shins until they fall down, best two out of three wins. Participants are allowed to stuff their pants with as much hay as possible. A tournament is held annually at the Cotswold Games in England.

5. Bossaball – This has to be the most fun-looking game that has ever been invented. Two teams of 3 to 5 players play a game of volleyball on a giant inflatable platform (ie. jumping castle) with a trampoline in the middle. One player is stationed on the trampoline and jumps continuously to gain height so he or she can hit the ball over the net. Unlike volleyball, a player can use any body part to hit the ball. Kick it, punch it, head but it… whatever you like.

Every day you should be thinking about how you can benefit the company. Do more than just what is expected of you. Most people are in the mindset of waking up, going to work, and waiting for 4 o’clock so they can go home. Be productive, innovative and take initiative. Take responsibility and don’t try to cover up your mistakes. Think about the “bottom line” which means the company either saves or makes more money. The more money they get, the more money you’ll get. At the same time you don’t want to annoy your co-workers by being the douche bag that’s always trying to get everyone else to work as hard as you do. If somebody isn’t doing their job it will usually work itself out so don’t worry too much about it. Just relax and have fun. You want to be on your co-workers good side so that everybody enjoys working with you. And don’t be afraid to discuss things with your boss. Talk to him from time to time about what he would like to see more of. Does he care about making more money, or is he more concerned with expanding the client base right now and making money from that later on? Make sure you know what his goals are and make sure you help reach those goals. There’s nothing worse than working your but off on something only to find out your boss couldn’t care less about it and preaches to you about how you should have spent that time on something else.

Timing is everything when it comes to asking for a raise. If the company is cutting back on labour or they just posted losses then it’s probably not the best time to ask for a raise. And if your boss is in a bad mood don’t even think about asking. Wait until he is in a good mood. The best time to ask is a few days after he praises you about the good job you’ve been doing lately. Also make sure that you catch your boss at the right time. Make an appointment for a 1-on-1 if you have to. You don’t want to start talking about a raise only to be interrupted by someone with an emergency.

Have a number in mind before talking with your boss and be prepared to negotiate. Do some research and find out what other people in your field are getting paid and compare it to your salary. And get straight to the point. Your boss will almost always critique you on how you’ve been doing and will probably even bring up an issue that you were unaware of. Don’t get mad and turn your boss into the enemy. Instead view at your work habits as an outsider looking in. Listen to what he has to say and improve on it. Use it to become a better worker.

Never say that you “need” more money. Whether it is because you have to keep up with bills or you want to save up for a new car. These are not valid reasons for your boss to give you more money. Instead, highlight how you’ve helped the company grow. Show him how you have saved the company money or brought new sales. Stress the “bottom line” and let him see that you care about the company and that you not only intend to stay with them but you are also excited about advancement opportunities. Again, don’t make your boss the enemy and say you’re not being appreciated for all the work you’ve done. Instead, show how valuable you are to the company.

If it doesn’t work out then maybe it’s time to start looking for another job. Continue being a valuable asset to your company while on the job hunt. You never know when your boss will have a change of heart and you don’t want to have ruined your chances because you didn’t get your way. Sometimes you will get more money for doing the same job at another company than if you just got a raise at your current company. Consider your options but keep good relations with your current boss.

1. The Mall. When have you ever gone to the mall and not end up seeing hot girls everywhere? That’s right, never. They’re all over the place. It’s like their gathering point or something. A great conversation starter would be to ask a girl, in her opinion, something about a piece of clothing. For example: ask her if she thinks boot cut or straight cut jeans look better. If you’re interested in a girl who works at one of the stores, then wait until it isn’t busy before striking up a conversation with her. Good times of the day are either at lunch time (ask her if she’ll join you for lunch) or half an hour before closing time.

2.  Museum/Historical Site. A great place that you never knew you could meet women. That’s because guys don’t usually care about stuff like this. Which is why there will be more girls than guys. Before heading to these places, make sure to read up on the history behind it and have a good knowledge base for a conversation. If you can tell her an interesting fact about a historic site she will surely be tuned in to what you have to say. Maybe the two of you can meet up for drinks later.

3.  College/University/Courses/Seminars. Take a course in something you’ve always wanted to learn. And if you happen to meet a nice girl that you’re interested in, even better. You already have a common interest. If the course is at a college you can go to the bar on campus and have a few drinks after class. If you’re taking a seminar and it’s at a hotel, head on down to the bar and see if that cute girl that sat two rows ahead of you is there. Be sure to make small talk before/after class so that if you do see her in the bar you can easily start a conversation.

4.  Dog Park. This is one of my favorites. It’s an excuse to get out of the house and get a little exercise and fresh air. The dog park is filled with cute girls walking their dogs. Comment on how cute or adorable their dog is. You can teach your dog cool tricks like playing dead when you point your finger at it and say “bang.” It always gets a laugh. Best of all, your taking good care of your dog and it shows your companionship and that you’re capable of taking care of others. Basically you’re what she’s looking for.

5. The Grocery Store. Most people hate going to the store to buy groceries. Not me. The grocery store is loaded with hotties. A great way to spark a conversation with a girl is to ask her about an ingredient that you need for something you’re making. Something like “what’s the difference between baking soda and baking powder?” Or you could comment on her healthy eating at the checkout counter. A lot of times you’ll see the same chick walking down the same aisles, you could squint your eyes at her and say something like “you’re following me.”

The important thing to remember when picking girls up in the daytime is that they aren’t expecting to be picked up like in the clubs. Their guards are down and they are easier to talk to. You don’t have to use cheesy pickup lines (actually you should NEVER use cheesy pickup lines, unless you can pull it off as a goofy joke) or use any crazy tactics. You should just be a social person that likes to talk to people. Just be yourself and be natural.

There are three “tones” in the scent of a cologne – the top note, the heart note, and the base note. The top note is the sharpest scent that you first notice. The heart note is the undertone scent that compliments the main scent. And the base note is the final, long-lasting impression that you get after you smell the cologne. There are too many scents for me to go into too much detail here so basically you just want to pick the scents that appeal to you the most.

There are also three major categories of colognes – fresh colognes, aromatic colognes, and woody colognes.

Fresh colognes have a greeny, citrus smell. They are good for the relaxed, easy going individual who’s out to have a good time. A good example of a high-quality fresh cologne is Acqua Di Gio by Giorgio Armani.

Aromatic colognes are fruity and spicy. They are good for the cool, sophisticated type. Man by Versace and The One by Dolce & Gabbana are two good colognes in this category.

Woody colognes have a strong wood scent. They work well for professional, family men and providers. A man’s man cologne. Bvlgari Black, Armani Code, and Gucci Envy are good quality wood colognes.

When picking out a scent try to find something that triggers good memories. People are attracted to things that bring out good memories and this will work for you and your interactions with women. They will automatically associate those memories with YOU! Also try to find something that compliments your personality and lifestyle. Most stores will have pieces of paper that you can test the cologne on to see if you like it. But since colognes smell different on paper than on your skin, I would recommend trying a dab on your wrists and see how you like it after 5 or 10 minutes.

When putting on your cologne, less is really more. I can’t express enough how many times I’ve heard of women complaining about a guy who wears too much cologne. It may smell nice but too much can literally make them sick. A simple dab here and there is enough (one or two sprays). Another thing I should point out is that you should apply the cologne to your bare skin and not on your clothes. Your natural pheromones will react with the cologne, producing your own unique scent. Which brings me to one last important piece of advice. When applying the cologne there are certain spots that work better than others. There are “hot spots” where the cologne will work best. These spots are anywhere on your body that produce heat. The best spots to put cologne on are behind your ears, on your neck, arm pits and wrists. Again, you don’t want to use too much so don’t worry if you don’t get all of these spots.

Most people are free on the weekend so a Friday or Saturday would be a good day to throw a party. After you pick the day you need to let people know about the party. Send out emails and texts, create an event on facebook and invite friends, tell friends in person. The key is to keep up the hype about the party and really try to convince people to come to it. As a rule of thumb, let people know two weeks before hand and hype up the party more during the last 5 days. Don’t forget to tell them what time the party starts. The type of people you invite to the party will ultimately determine how good the night will turn out. Try to mix it up a little by inviting more than just your regular circle of friends. Invite as many hot chicks as you can. This would be an excellent opportunity to go out and meet a few girls and invite them to the party. Also, avoid inviting any arrogant people you may know or people you don’t get along with.

Are you going to supply the drinks or is it going to be a BYOB kind of thing? If you are supplying the alcohol, make sure you have enough on hand and also a good variety of beer and/or liquor. Just as important is to make sure you have enough ice. Nothing sucks more than running out of ice at a party. A nice touch would be to have a bottle of champagne hidden away to break out later to share with the ladies. Also have some non-alcoholic drinks on hand for any non-drinkers or designated drivers. Along with booze you should also have some food on the kitchen table. Whatever you prefer but just make sure it isn’t too messy and it’s something people can easily grab and snack on. Having a BBQ going outside is always popular.

Unless you want to lose all your stuff you’ll want to store away any valuable or breakable items. Make your house party-proof by clearing the living room and keeping only the necessary items such as chairs, tables, tv, etc. Now is definitely time to clean the house up if it’s in a mess. The bathroom, especially, should be spotless (toilet, sink, tub, etc.) Have a few games lying around that people can play. Good examples would be things like a deck of cards (strip poker?), dice, rock band/guitar hero, karaoke, drinking games, etc. Another important element to have is a good playlist. Have a good mix of music to set the mood and more importantly… your guests will like.

Make sure you have enough chairs around for your guests to lounge in. Also make sure your guests actually have a place to park when they get to your house. Ask your neighbours if your guests can park their cars in front of their house for the night. You’ll also want to make sure the neighbours know you’re throwing a party and find out their tolerance level for noise. And remember that it’s your responsibility to make sure everybody makes it home safely.

    We’ll start with the living room. First of all… throw out those tacky neon signs and wall posters. You want your place to look classy and refined. Instead of movie posters you should opt for actual framed artwork. When picking art try to find something that matches the colors in the room and is hopefully something that will draw attention and/or spark a conversation. Something else you might want to add is a centerpiece, such as an aquarium or a statue. It can be anything as long as it is tasteful. On your coffee table you should have a few interesting books that reveal something about you or your hobbies (and something she will be interested in too). For extra points try to have a picture of your family somewhere in the living room as well. It shows you care about your family and value the relationships. If possible a real wood fireplace is a nice touch too.

    Next is the kitchen. Women love a man who can cook so if you don’t know how to cook, start learning. At the very least learn a few dishes that you can impress her with. And since you’re going to be cooking (or if she decides to cook) make sure you have a well stocked kitchen. That means lots of spices, cookware and a well stocked fridge. You should also have at least one good bottle of red wine. Another nice touch is to have some exotic tea or coffee. And as always the kitchen should be clean. That means no dirty dishes, take the trash out and make sure the stove doesn’t have food and grease all over it.

    On to the bathroom. This room is always overlooked by men but it is the most important room to take care of. She will judge you ruthlessly based on the condition of the bathroom. It’s crazy. Again, make sure it is clean. Scrub the sink and bathtub and clean inside and around the toilet. The entire room should sparkle. When it comes to designing the bathroom try to use dark blues and greens to convey a more manly look and feel. keep the counter top clean with only your daily items (toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, shaving cream/razor, etc) left out in the open. In the top drawer (and she will look) you’ll want to keep things like nail cutters, brushes, scissors… stuff like that. Keep a spare toothbrush that is still in the package in there as well in case she wants to spend the night. Save the acne medication for the bottom shelf that she might not look in.

    And finally the bedroom. This room should be comfortable and relaxing. It should be a room she can picture herself sleeping in. If you have a mattress on the floor you can forget about it. Buy a full bed with a frame and a nice headboard. A headboard with shelves in it works well as you can put things in there that she will nit-pick at. Make sure the bed sheets are clean. You should be cleaning your bed sheets at least once a month anyway. Something else that will come in handy is to have a spare pair of shorts and a t-shirt that will fit most of the girls that spend the night, for the morning after. Same as the spare toothbrush, it should not be obvious that you have these items just for her (or other girls). You just “happen to have it.”

Well that’s about it for now. Here are a few extra tips that will help you out:

• Use energy efficient lights in the kitchen and bathroom, but use regular soft lights everywhere else. They make the room look and feel more elegant and make you feel more relaxed.
• Have lots of candles. I have them in the living room, bathroom and bedroom. Scented candles work very well.
• Turn the temperature up a few degrees. It’s a fact that women like the house to be warmer than guys. Also the warmer they are the more likely they are to want to have sex.
• Have a bunch of things around the house that show you are interesting and outgoing.

    Now before you go out and start grabbing every girl’s fun-bags you need to realize that this in an art form. You can’t just start feeling random body parts and expect something in return (although I suppose it IS possible). You need to start off moderately and work your way up. Start with a simple handshake or hug. One thing to keep in mind is that the awkwardness of touching her is completely up to you. If you feel awkward about touching her, it’ll show and she will start to wonder why you’re acting so weird. Her guards will go up. Touching her should be natural for you. You don’t even think about it. It just happens. And never… NEVER ask for permission or apologize unless you obviously crossed a line.

    So what exactly do you do? Honestly… anything. Start off with a handshake or a hug, or just touch her on the arm as you’re talking to her. Whatever you decide to do, make sure you’re touching her from the moment you meet her. If you start touching her after you’ve been talking for a while she will notice the change. Is she wearing an interesting ring or bracelet? take her hand and ask her about it. And whatever you do, do NOT look at where you are touching. This will draw attention to it. You don’t want that, you’re trying to be natural, remember? But the most important part is to let go. Don’t just stand there holding her hand or her arm, it gets awkward. If your hand is clinging on to her shoulder she is going to be like “wtf” so don’t do it (at least not when you first meet her).

    As she becomes used to you touching her you can slowly increase the intensity. This part takes a little bit of judgement on how much she is attracted to you. If you’re walking somewhere you can lead her by brushing your hand across the small of her back. You can start touching more intimate places like her face, neck and hips. An interesting method involving kino is the push-pull method. The push-pull method has two steps. Step one, you’re reeling her in by talking to her and touching her. You’re saying things she wants to hear and building attraction. Step two, you’re pushing her away (most often in a sarcastic or comical way). For example: you’re both getting a long great, you share the same hobby or have a few common interests. You throw your arm around her shoulder and jokingly say “I like you, we’re getting married! Wait… can you cook? no? What kind of wife are you?” then playfully push her away. She’ll probably try to convince you that she’d be a good wife and the push-pulling continues. Your goal is to make it seem as though you are fighting your attraction to her, while at the same time making her fight for your attraction.

    Kino is something that is most powerful at a party or club-type setting. It can also be a powerful tool to use when you run into a girl you’d like to meet on the street. Girls are not expecting guys to approach them as much on the street as, say… in a club, so they are not as open to being touched by a stranger. It should still be used in these situations but just tone it down a little until she is more comfortable with you.
